2025 HYC Mermaid Regatta

This regatta is a qualifier for the 2025 Galveston Bay Women’s Championship Series. Restrictions apply and are detailed in the Notice of Series on the GBCA website.

HYC invites all women sailors to an exclusive event for women.  In addition to the competitive PHRF Spinnaker and Non-Spinnaker classes, we have added a new non-competitive class called “Mermaiden”. 

The Mermaiden class is designed to be a fun and easy way to participate in the racing and the comradery afterwards without the crew restrictions of the Competitive Trophy classes.
